The custom home-directory installer does not integrate with Pacman or Omarchy’s normal package lifecycle.

This adds a binary Arch package with explicit dependencies, system desktop/MIME registration, package-aware update/removal guidance and ownership-checked migration from the old installation. Pacman does not write user configuration, and the system package omits the custom Setup executable.

CI packages the already verified native binaries and tests migration, installation, an ordinary user's desktop/service workflow, upgrade and removal while preserving user files. Passing main builds publish the package and a pinned AUR recipe, followed by public-download installation verification.

AUR publication still requires a maintainer account and registered SSH key. The docs explicitly avoid claiming the package is already searchable in Omarchy's AUR menu. Signed production gates are unchanged.

Validation: 23 focused lifecycle/update/doctor tests passed locally. The full local suite encountered existing process-monitoring sandbox failures; native Qt and Arch verification run in CI.
